It’s ok but no better than my cheaper neff dishwasher that I had before. The cutlery drawer doesn’t seem to wash cutlery as well as the standard ones do

Bought this to replace a 10 year old N70 dishwasher. Unfortunately the cutlery drawer in this one is not as good as the old one (no option to put some of the dividers down to make room for wider cutlery and no option to drop the edges to fit egg cups etc in). It also doesn't have the red colouring on the drawer tray handle as is shown on the photos (and on Neff's website). If this drawer had been as good as our last one I would have given 5 stars. The cupboard door didn't need its attachments altering from the old to the new dishwasher which was a bonus. The 2 bottom drawers have red plastic added to stop damage to items, this is an improvement on our old one. Our old one had a red light to show it was on. This one shows the time remaining which is another improvement. It is very quiet. I am yet to decide what I think about having the dishwasher connected to the WiFi... it can't load or unload itself!

Four star as. the light on the floor is not projected. However, ao have organised a Neff Engineer to call in.

It is a new machine so it is quite different from the 20-year-old one that it replaced. The recommended 'Eco' programme takes a lot longer - three and a half hours instead of half an hour on the old machine. This can be a nuisance so a shorter or sped-up programme is usually chosen. The 'Zeolith' drying feature does not seem to dry dishes any better than the old machine that didn't have this. There are several small flip-up shelves on the racks which tend to get in the way rather than have a useful function. The separate cutlery shelf at the top rather than a cutlery basket on the lower drawer is an advantage and frees up space.

The only disappointing part is the large plate dinner service does not fit in cleanly, you have to position near the centre of the tray which reduces the number of items you can add, plus the slots don't line up. The last time we purchased a NEFF dishwasher we visited the store and tried with our plates before making the purchase, I naively assumed the service would fit.

Great dishwasher, works well and is nice and quiet. We are still getting used to the cutlery tray instead of a basket.
