Product is fine and well priced but delivery confusing. This is a product code that will be sent to you via email (check your spam folder). Ignore the emails from AO telling you that it's coming via DPD - it's not

Works but came after a couple of hours

Great price, but confusing order process. Got an email saying my order was going to be delivered by DPD (same day) but that's not the case - I had been sent a digital code by email that had gone straight in to my spam folder. Please make this clearer for future customers.

Didn’t let you know that a code would be coming in an email? Just kept saying delivery will be soon on its way!!!!!bit confusing but got there in the end!!!!

It is was it says it is. Unfortunately code did not arrive until 6am the next day (I ordered at 8pm), which left a disappointed teenager. The code also went to my spam folder, which I didnt realise until I contacted AO, who were very helpful.

Took about 12 hours for the email to arrive. Otherwise it worked as it should.
