Brilliant service

The 2 men were brilliant with fitting my new dishwasher and tested it before leaving. Love my new dishwasher.

Great integrated dishwasher

Great machine, quiet versatile and efficient. Good selection of programs. Easy to use. Shelves can be adjusted so different stacking arrangements for different size pots and pans can be used. Most used program is 55minutes and the pots always come out clean and dry.

Massive improvement on 20 y.o. dishwasher, seems a bit snaller thought.

Have had this for a week and used it a few times on a variety of different programs and all seems good. Bought this as a replacement for our 20 yo prima which died. It cleans well, is very quiet, has a good range of settings and overall I'm very pleased with it. My only complaint is that internally it seems smaller than our old model, despite being similar overall suze, and with a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kuds) seems to fill up in no time. Service from AO was 1st class. Price promise was honoured as I found it cheaper elsewhere and delivery was on time. Fitting can be done your self. The water, power and drainage were in place so it made the process easier. The instructions are reasonably easy to follow, if you can follow IKEA instructions you should be ok. Pay attention though. Some important details are shown on some very small illustrations. The door fitting kit requires torq screwdrivers.

Great so far

This dishwasher is great so far,it fits lots in and the pots come out really clean! Great service from AO aswell

Our 10 year old Neff dishwasher failed so a replacement was needed. This appeared to be the updated version so I was expecting it to be much the same as the old one, maybe with the odd improvement. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Neff have changed the dish racks just a little. Where you could fit two-three rows of glasses/mugs down the right hand side of the top rack. You can now only fit 2 rows. The space for the right hand side of the rack to the dividing pins is smaller and the second line of mugs have to go over them eating in to the space the other side. A Large handle has been added to the front of the lower rack, i cannot say i ever had any difficulty pulling the rack out in my old machine however this handle now makes it very difficult to slip the odd piece of cutlery into the basket without pulling the whole rack out. Our old machine had an excellent 30 min cycle. However this one is set as a default to a 3 hr supposedly eco wash. At busy times like Christmas this is incredibly inconvenient. Though there are some slightly shorter programmes available on this model I have yet to manage to change the program form the default and I have read the manual several times!! I will try to end on a positive the machine is a lot quieter than the old one however this is just as well as it is on for so long.

Very pleased so far

Bought this to replace my old neff dishwasher and am very pleased so far. It was easy to fit. The short cleaning cycle is slightly longer than my old machine at one hour, but so far everything washed on this cycle has come out sparkling clean and I have had no need to use the longer cycles.

Very good cleaning and quiet.

Fitting instructions were OK if you understand IKEA-like pictures. We managed to fit this as we've had integrated dishwashers before, but we fell at the hurdle of the 'child-lock'. Pictures didn't make clear what it was, that it needed fitting before the dishwasher was in place, and just how easily the spring would come off in my hands. It seemed quite flimsy and we don't need it so left it off. The door spring is strong anyway. Useful features I've not seen before:- the fountain spout supplied so you can wash very big items by removing the top drawer; the red light that shines on the floor while the machine is running, so if you don't hear the 'end of cycle' beep you know it's finished. I like the cutlery basket that fits in the front and can slide - easy to fit dishes around and drop in a teaspoon. What really drew me to this machine is that the top drawer can be raised to allow a 10.5", 27cm, dining plate to stand in the bottom whilst still being able to fit pint glasses in the top. I saw lots of reviews of other machines, of various brands and prices, that wouldn't fit a plate of that size even with a raised drawer. (I took a cardboard cut-out of a plate to a local retailer to test it!) That's useful information that I wish the manufacturers made available. I've not yet needed to use the longer programmes as the shorter ones have cleaned everything well.

Just what we wanted

Wanted a dishwasher that cleans well and does not required a PHD to understand the different options. This one is perfect, set to Auto every time it does the job There is pan cleaning option which we might investigate over the festive period, otherwise this is the ideal dishwasher for people who have better things to do
