Absolutely fantastic product. Had struggled to make my kitchen floor look clean due to the type of surface ( rough stone ) & this machine has made it look like new even though no chemicals are needed Love the fact it is also very light to handle

Very easy to use straight out of the box and my porcelain floor tiles look like new. There were some marks on a few of the tiles that I had been meaning to hand scrub but this removed them in minutes.

daughter bought one and we tried it . All spot on, great scrubbing and high steam temp cleans dirt from floor with ease. Great to know germs are killed at same time A plus +++++++++++++++++++

Ordered my Shark steam and scrub 2 days ago and arrived today. I just had to try it as I used to use the H20 which is absolutely useless. My shark after using it for the first time fetched up all dirty marks where the other didn't and dryes so quickly and can walk on it straight away absolutely brilliant as I do home boarding for dogs I needed something that would actually work and this does the Job fantastic. I also have the Shark cordless Anti hair wrap vacuum which I found the best I have had so decided to try the shark steam mop and I won't use any other than Shark now. That's evan after using Dyson for over 25/ 30 years

Simple to use and clean the pads. Would recommend for sure.

I have had a shark steamer for many years but wasnt able to cope with the mess left by six cats around their feeding area. The addition of rotating pads is the answer. My floor looked far cleaner now. My only complaint is that it doesnt right into corners. Improvement from old one is that water is filled in standing position, used to have to lift onto table. Spare set of pads included and adequate instructions.

Fantastic, I have a light laminate floor and gets all marks off and leaves it looking really fresh.
