It’s ok ! Maybe I’m just expecting too much. Great for laminate floors but not so great on my micro cement floor as it leaves circular water marks

It is useless in corners. Good on wood not great on tiles.

Great every day steam mop for the money Very easy to use and glides easily across the floor whilst steaming. Only deducted a star because I feel that this is great for normal everyday dirt on floors which are cleaned regularly but a more robust machine is required for more stubborn stains. If you have stains or very dirty areas you might be better to invest a bit more

Robust machine and easy to use. Whole of the mop has to be inverted to empty excess water which is a two handed job. Spare pads are handy. Better for floor tiles with a relief pattern than a non rotary model.

Easy to use, works well. Holding off the fifth star as it’s not as easy to store as my shark vacuum. A folding handle would make it much more compact.

This is an interesting product and makes cleaning floors a doddle. The only thing is you have to move everything in the area you want to clean before you start due to the short running time, when I used a mop I moved things as I went, this mop is too quick at cleaning for that. Make sure that the mop heads don't touch a flex, I accidentally started to pick up the Vacuum cable.

I have had a shark steamer for many years but wasnt able to cope with the mess left by six cats around their feeding area. The addition of rotating pads is the answer. My floor looked far cleaner now. My only complaint is that it doesnt right into corners. Improvement from old one is that water is filled in standing position, used to have to lift onto table. Spare set of pads included and adequate instructions.
