It didn’t work properly so I had to contact the vax help centre for assistance. The issue is with the steam coming out of the floor plate. The handheld part worked absolutely fine. It had to go back as it’s under warranty and now I’m waiting for it to be fixed and returned to me, which they say will be 7 days.

Even though it does the job, I can't give it 5 stars as the detergent feed doesn't work... I've followed all the troubleshooting advice and still it won't dispense. As detergent is optional and not necessary and it does steam the floors clean, it gets 4 stars from me

Easy to use Comes with a great range of attachments Have to be careful with lead as can get in the way when mopping, there is a clip to place lead but doesn't seem to stay in place

Good product, fairly easy to use. Shape of foot makes it good for getting into corners. Ordered because it can be hand held to do awkward fiddly areas, lots of different attachments. Works well but quite heavy.
