Very pleased with the Steam Mop. I just wish it was cordless and lighter ;) still, it’s great.

Good steam mop. Easy to use and heats up really quickly. The only thing missing is an attachment for staeaming fabrics. Good mop design for getting into corners and along edges.

Neat and easy to assemble, good steam power, refreshed my carpet really nicely and the satisfaction of knowing its clean deep down. Yet to try my windows and tiles, can wait

Really like this steam cleaner does what it says But is so heavy. Otherwise would have given 5*.

Brilliant steam cleaner. Only given 4 stars as the bristles on some of the additional attachments bend out of shape the first time I have used them. Perhaps I am a harsh scrubber! It's a fantastic cleaner for the bathroom, the tiles have never looked so good, your taps absolutely shine. You can also get any limescale off too, very helpful in tight small spaces or that little water mark you can get around the tap. Very easy to operate. Your get the hang of it in a jiffy. My only reserve is the noise. In a small tiled room it's piercing but I just wear headphones.

Kills the smell (bacteria) not the best at cleaning the carpet though.

Good product easy to use, but heavier than i expected

I would have given this 5* but on arrival it would not work at all however the Help Team at Vax went through with me and I eventually got it working. Also the handle keeps popping out. Apart from that it still does a good job and I would recommend.
