Fast efficient delivery and product

It is a very good product and is far more efficient than our old one which cost 4 times as much

I purchased the oven about a month ago; so far so good ?? Warms up quickly and has all the functions I wanted. My only issue is that it comes with only one rack; I was aware of that but I hadn't realised how inconvenient it would be. It is all in all a good oven though and the people who delivered were very polite and helpful.

Oven is well designed and easy to use for a older people who are suffering with slight memory loss and poor sight. The control knob icons and temperature numbers can be seen with them being in black on a white background. One drawback is the control knobs on the front are difficult to see whether are off or half way on. I have solved this by putting some black sticky tape over the small square on the top of the knob so you can see at once that the oven is off.

Great oven at a great price. Very quiet and simple to use. It's very intuitive. I Like that it beeps to let me know when it has heated to programmed temperature. Would definitely recommend!
