Quality of service from AO very Poor. Product was faulty on delivery and AO wanted to repair it I finally got it sent back and an alternative replacement sent out after a lot of calls

Nice looking oven but takes at least 35minutes to preheat, then after cooking which takes longer takes another 30 minutes cooling down period. Compared to my old oven which I’d hoped I was upgrading by buying this one every use is costing at least one hour extra every time which in the current climate is totally unacceptable. I am being charged for exchanging but I don’t feel I have any option. I have purchased several items from so.com in the past without complaint.

The oven cooks quite well, and I like the pyrolytic clean feature .. but .. the fan is very noisy after cooking is finished and I also had two issues within the first year, so ended up returning it for a refund. Firstly the door lock stuck closed after a pyrolytic clean and then the internal light developed a fault and stayed on when oven was off.

The oven is fab. It only comes with one shelf but also includes a couple of trays. I would have preferred two (wire) shelves. The reason for average review, the cooling fan is VERY loud. It comes on after shutting off the oven after cooking. It lasts 30-40 minutes (even if only having used the oven for ten mins to heat up something small i.e. part baked bread). If you have an open plan apartment (like most are these days) it will annoy the hell out of you. My oven in the kitchen ‘area’ is about 12 ft distance from dining table in living area and just a couple ft more to the sofa. It causes huge irritation when eating at the dining table or sitting at sofa in lounge after using oven. Its bizarre but the cooking fan, of the fan oven, is much quieter and hardly noticeable, like normal fan ovens. But the cooling fan that comes on automatically after using is about 4 times as loud. Its ridiculous. Its kind of affecting our living in a serious way, Id advise against getting this product to anyone in an open plan apartment. If you have a separate kitchen room it will be fine. So sad because everything else about it is fine. Haven’t tried self cleaning function yet.

It is fitted with a 13amp plug, however the product does not have enough clearance for it to be pushed back into oven housing, once the plug is fitted into its socket. I will need to get an electrician to hard wire the connection, which I wanted to avoid. Also when you turn the oven off, a fan comes on at the top of the over presumably to expel air out, this does not go off for around 40 minutes.

The cooling fan is too loud and runs too long, the timing buzzer you can hardly hear. I had hoped that the oven cleaning program included the shelves, but no and you still end up having to clean the oven manually. Finally the instructions does not indicate whether you have the door open or closed when using the grill and fan grill, and you end up with contradictory information on the internet.

The oven is great but advertised with free delivery. I tried all slots until February but all had charges. Not impressed
