Looks good and is very effective, remote for glow is nice touch. Overall very satisfied with this fire.

This fire is beautiful, I did look at other places to buy, but the delivery time was stupid. Some even said it had to be built. I ordered this fire it was in stock and delivered quickly. Delivery was most important as we were moving. Can’t praise aol enough. I will definitely use again. Had so many lovely comments on my fire. So worth the money.

Really pleased with this stove. Throws out a lot of heat very quickly after it is switched on, which is good for warming up a room quickly in the morning. Nice design, the supplied real coal is a nice touch to make it look more authentic. Although if you have young children you may choose to not put this in and the doors do not close fully so it would be easily taken out and played with.The flame effect is nice, and it's good to be able to put that on if wanted without the heat to make the room feel cosy. Feels sturdy and safe. Recommend!

Looks goods especially when the real coals which are supplied are placed inside the stove the only slight downside is the noise it makes when used as a heater if just used for visual effects its amazing.

Lovely fire - The glow makes the room feel warm even without the heater settings. Well made and looks like real. Just finished off our newly decorated lounge perfectly.

There are many different electric stoves on the market but I have to say Dimplex is simply one of the best makes. The Springbourne Optiflame is light and easy to install, just simply plug in and switch on. There are two heat settings, a thermostat so it switches off at the desired temperature and switches back on when the temperature drops and of course it is supplied with a remote control. We have only had our stove for 2 weeks but it has already transformed our living room not only aesthetically but has made it nice and cosy too.

Bought this for my elderly mother-in-law and she is very pleased with it. Easy to use and gives out a good heat. The fan is a bit noisy but she doesn’t seem to notice.
