Bought this for a replacement for another Panasonic bread maker. Out of the box, the build quality is noticeably not as good. The lid moves back and forth and locating the bread pan in the drive mechanism can be a pain. What did surprise me is the LCD screen isn't back lit and unless you're quite tall, I'm 6 foot, it can be difficult to read. There are only a few basic loaf recipes, unlike the comprehensive number of my previous machin. On the bright side, I was really impressed with the loaves it produced. All in all, it's a basic machine at a good price but it has its limitations so do your research.

Only used it twice so far. the first attempt with 1 part whole meal 3 parts white flour basic loaf, did not rise well. Second attempt with all white flour was good. Jury verdict still pending.

It replaced a previous model by Panasonic and is excellent and a nice design.

Really very very pleased with the Panasonic breadmaker. AO are a brilliant Company who we have used before. They do what they say they will do and are professional and stick to the arrangements made.

Same make and model as my last bread maker but totally different, so having to get used to new recipes, my first loaf was a failure, but had a success last night so think I’ve mastered my new machine. Much lighter than old model, and good looking. Many hours of happy bread making ahead

Makes good bread would be better with a viewing lid

Perfect loaf, easy to use but screen rather obscure compared to previous models.
