I had previously had a Panasonic breadmaker in regular use for about five years and was delighted with the results. However one problem I had was there was not enough space between my worktop and underside of kitchen wall cupboards to get the breadpan in and out without pulling the machine forward on my worktop. Recently some idiot overdid this resulting in the purchase of my new machine!! My new machine is designed to sit at 90 degrees to my old one and so the lid does not need the previous space to get access to the breadpan and therefore doesn't need to be pulled to the worktop edge, hopefully now idiot proof! There are also more programmes on my lovely new machine and although I tend to stick to a limited number of favourites, the opportunity to do sourdough and such like is beckoning. The loaves I have done so far have been reassuringly up to the Panasonic standard and I live in hope of living with and loving this machine for many years!

Very easy to use bread maker.Just put the ingredients in and the machine does the rest. Quiet operation also.Loads of presets for different types of bread. Highly recommended.

Easy to use. Good recipes.

Over a number of years I have had 2 previous Panasonic Bread Makers and they have both been excellent. This one is certainly no exception, in fact it is even better. I make wholemeal loaves and they turn out perfectly soft with a satisfyingly crunchy crust. Delicious! Another great purchase from AO.com.

Easy to use well made and makes excellent bread

The product looks nice and elegant. The machine is easy to use and the instructions are detailed enough. So far I have tried the plain loaf program and the whole meal with pumpkin seeds: they both taste delicious. Previously I had another bread-maker of the same brand, which lasted several years.

This product was best of breed in Which magazine. I have used a bread maker some years ago but have been greatly surprised by thew quality of results I am getting from this Panasonic SD-YR2550SXC . So far I have made white bread, pizza dough and baked a cake and all came out perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend this to amyone who is interested in good results,

Very simple and easy to use,and instructions and recipes are easy to follow.The machine is very stylish and fits perfectly well with my kitchen .Made the stuffed white loaf recipe with cheese and jalapeño,sourdough bread and starter and all were delicious .highly recommend
