This never worked from the start. The thermostat wouldn't set and the oven didn't hear properly. Stoves customer care didn't take my complaint serious. It took numerous calls for them to send someone out 5 months. I have not even had thos oven for 2 years and the grill has gone. I brought this from AO. It's an awful oven and I would never buy Stoves again. Search other sites and you wouldn't biy Stoves either. Stoves is charging £165 fee to repair my less than 2 year old oven. biggest joke yet.

Having had a Stoves free-standing oven for over 17 years, when it came to having a new kitchen installed, I didn't hesitate in purchasing another Stoves product. Very sleek in design (the stainless steel looks fab) the oven is a good size with plenty of shelves to choose from. Extremely quiet, in fact, I've been checking to make sure it's on! I've not used the grill yet, but the oven has cooked a range of foods perfectly. The light is really good in the cavity, so no need to keep opening the door. Digital controls have taken a little getting used to, but that's because I've been used to dials on my previous oven. Totally understand it's an energy saving design but would have liked the clock to stay on all the time; it goes into 'sleep mode' after a few minutes. Also purchased a Stoves ceramic hob at the same time and they look great together.

I bought this oven and it was fitted in March 2019 - since then I have had to have it replaced and even the replacement is not working. It is slow to heat up or alternatively heats up to well over the temperature that it is set for. Very strange as all the other reviews are so positive for it

Love the look of this oven and so quiet. Took a bit of getting use to the features but all in all would recommend.

The clock does not work, stay illuminated on panel. Electricity us properly connected abd cooker works. Very disappointed that a new product is faulty. Also need to contact stoves. I should just be offered a return.
