We are still waiting to use ours - it looks lovely, but the door does not fully close and we have to wait for another 3 weeks (we got it 2 weeks ago) for a Stoves engineer. No joy trying to contact AO to send a replacement either. It’s the first time we’ve used AO and not impressed with the service.

Only used this oven a few times since installation, but it seems pretty good. My old one was very noisy compared to the Stoves. The controls are OK, not really very intuitive, but I soon got used to them. The timer, however is a different matter, and I've still not worked it out yet. Setting a time of 1 and a half hours should be easy, but it just stars counting down from 9 hours? The instruction manual is not much help, I would expect a lot better from a British company. So, apart from having to use a manual timer, I do like this oven, especially as it has the Pyrolytic cleaning system, which should make cleaning far less of a chore. At the price, a good buy.

Good product, like the sliding shelf. The grill is hotter than our previous, we need to get used to it. The instruction manual is a bit limited.I

Smart, practical and good value. Some of the functions could benefit from being a little more flexible.

I was expecting to buy a medium to high quality oven for the price, however some functionality elements just seem a bit amateur. The warming up of the oven takes about 15-20 mins to get to 180, was hoping for more like 5 as this is what it would take one a third of the cost to warm up. But it does cook the food evenly and the digital display means you’re not ‘guessing’ that your dial is on 180 degrees etc. It only beeps once when it’s finished and I’ve missed my completed food a few times. So overall I think this is a solid oven, but more in the £250-300 price category, rather than the £500-600. I wish I’d now gone a bit higher for a much better oven.

The instructions are terrible still haven't figured out how to use the timer . Followed instructions to the letter which didn't work have been pulling my hair out !!!! Not what I was hoping for when paying £509. Apart from above it's a good oven .
