    Brilliant Oven

Very easy to use. I love baking and making bread, you can use the defrost setting to prove your bread which cuts down on time. Food is cooking to the correct temperature as it is a digital display a lot easier that a dial where you have to select the temperature that used to be a bit hit and miss. Would recommend this oven

Oven that fits an awkward space

    4/5
It's an oven, which fit the required spec of being able to fit into the tricky space below our gas hob. It performs well, but has touch buttons instead of a dial and is a little annoying that the fan oven function is the fifth setting (and requires five presses), and defrost is the first. From a usability perspective, it would make sense to have more common functions at the top.

    Frustrating

    4/5
If we had bought a week later we would have had 10% off, always annoying. Overall very good, only disappointment is the countdown clock starting at 9 hours which is on the screen even if you aren't using it. Would be nice to see alarm time but that only visible if oven not being used.

    Stylish Oven

    4/5
I am very happy with my new Stoves oven. It's easy to clean and stylish to look at. The electronic touch pad control is very easy to use and the soft close door is a nice feature. So far I have found that my cakes and bakes cook nice and even, my lasagne has cooked beautifully and generally things cook far quicker than in my old oven! The temperature display flashes until it reaches the desired temperature and lets you know with a helpful beep. I do have 3 tiny niggles with my new oven : first, the clock doesn't stay on when the oven is off - I thought it did but it switches itself off after about 10 minutes. It also does not stay on when in cooking mode so I have found that I just have to look at my other clock in the kitchen instead. Second, the oven time function always comes on at default 9 hours and counts down while you cook. This is so you can set the oven for automatic or semi automatic cooking. I just want to cook normally with no countdown but there doesn't seem to be an option so I have to ignore it and remember its not the time (going backwards). Lastly, the timer is great - easy to set and gives out 10 beeps when my cakes are ready, however, like the clock, this function doesn't stay on the screen - instead it's always the 9 hour count down! So, I have learned to ignore the xx:xx digits in the centre of the panel, embrace my new oven - as it cooks far better than my old and buy an additional electronic timer (they use those instead of the oven timer on bake off anyway!)
