The service from AO was excellent, the product is very good too, we had a barista express before, and the barista pro, will take some time to understand the workings, and balance of the coffee, but I love my coffee, and the sage range is perfect for that at home, as good as a coffee from a coffee place or restaraunt

Lot’s of flexibility to tailor the process from bean to cup. Built in grinder offers enough granularity. Steam wand works well. Really enjoying the espresso and no complaints so far.

The coffee from this machine is great, much better than the results from my old delonghi machine. It takes a bit of setting up but that was expected. My only gripe is the coffee spills over a little from the grinder.

Takes a bit of time to get used to but makes a good cup of coffee. Can be quite messy but is extremely easy to Clean. If you really like your coffee then I’d highly recommend spending the extra cash and buy this one over the barista express.

I love my new coffee machine. It looks so good in my new kitchen. My old espresso machine packed up years ago and I missed having it. I spent hours researching a replacement and came very close to sticking with my previous brand but really liked the look of the Sage machines. I did come close to buying a different brand altogether as they were pushing their machines cheap and I was being impatient trying to get my machine before Christmas but was put off by bad reviews of their products. One of my customers sells Coffee machines and parts to the trade but their products exceeded my budget and they rated this brand. The one I wanted had a built in lever tamp which I thought was great but you were limited to beans only and couldn’t use pre ground as you can with this model. I had one last look before making a decision and found this machine was on offer which was more versatile at the same price as the machine I was really interested in. I love making espressos, my first Coffee of the day is a strong black americano followed by a latte a couple of hours later, I now also enjoy an Irish coffee in the evening, these also went down well over Christmas with my guests. My wife who was against me paying what needed to spent for a quality machine and who was put off drinking Coffee while pregnant is now smashing through my coffee beans while I’m at work. the Coffee from this machine rivals high street cafes and I now resent paying for a latte and take my own coffee when my son plays rugby rather than buying one from the club. If your lazy don’t buy this machine, if you really appreciate a real cup of coffee you will have fun playing with settings and learning new methods to make your own barista style Coffee at home! No regrets other than my wife using all my coffee and not cleaning it after!
