Haven’t cooked A single thing and I need an engineer. Power is on but won’t start cooking.

Installed by electrician. When turned on later after 5 minutes the fuse blew and all ring main gadgets went out. Reinstalled next day. Now the fan a d elements don't work even though the display says they are on
