Bought this product, delightful looking, works extremely well and fits in with our new kitchen. Delivery was fast, swift as could be and easy to collect from the collection station of our choice close to my house. Would also say loved the three year guarantee.

Swan are an established kitchen appliance company who on the face of it offer a 2 years guarantee. If the product becomes faulty as mine did,it advises contacting their customer service department. When I did this due to a quality issue I was told to contact the supplier,interestingly the supplier was surprised by this response but immediately arranged a replacement and collection of the said product. Poor service from Swan,thankfully the situation was resolved to my complete satisfaction .

Lets steam out around the switch and the top of the handle when pouring, and quickly had rusty looking limescale around edges. Not a good kettle. Bought in February and already looking for a replacement.

Highly delighted with the product, lovely finished and suits me well. If I had to find an adverse comment, the kettle may be a bit on the heavier side for some but that is because it is so well constructed.I like it!Kettle review

Smart style. Cool colour. Not the noisiest kettle and holds enough water for a round of cuppas. Great value for money. Matches my retro coffee maker. Not easy to fill by the spout but hey there is a removable lid. Lights up when switched on, and clear gauge to show how much water left.

Great product, light and compact with a nice look in the kitchen. Would defo recommend
