Heats quickly and does exactly what it' suppose to. Not given it 5 because normal mugs won't fit, so had to by a slightly smaller mug to fit under the granule sump.

The coffee machine is good, the coffee taste nice and the milk steamer works well. It would have been better if the milk steamer was longer as it is sometimes difficult to steam the milk effectively with such a short steamer. However, for the price, it is a good machine.

Looks like metal but its plastic, instructions not very good to be honest. Nice little machine does use fair bit of water. Downside my normal mugs don't fit under it so disappointed in that as I like drinking out my mugs. Overal good little machine bit stiff and because its plastic tend not to use to much pressure

Great machine for the price. Best used for single cups at a time, or a couple of coffees of the same type - it draws water from the one tank so you need to make your espresso and then wait for it to heat further so you can steam your milk. The espresso is pretty good though, especially if you make sure you use a fine ground, and the steamer works well. One thing that I've seen in other coffee machines too is its propensity to leak water from its underside - I think it's something to do with the valve at the bottom of water tank. I've got round this just by emptying the tank after use.

Don’t waste your money!!! It’s fiddly and complicated more agg then it’s worth

A very easy machine to use have tried both ground and ese pods both have produced an acceptible tasting coffee while this is a great starter machine to learn with the coffee is good would have no hesitation in recomending this machine

Easy to use, makes perfect Oat milk lattes (if thats what you are into), looks great in our kitchen. Was in the lower price bracket but I can't really see what else we would need.

Just the look I needed for my kitchen. A good colour and the coffee has a great crema. The machine is easy to use but it would have been more convenient if the black plastic coffee press were adjoined to the machine and not a separate piece.
