I bought the Swan Toaster and Kettle in pale blue and was looking for a coffee machine to compliment. Initially, I was looking at the Kitchenaid machine which lead me to this product. I read the reviews with great interest and it was clear there was a theme; that this machine was a brilliant machine and great value for money. Delivery from AO was super quick (it arrived in the middle of Storm Eunice and I live in a small town in the Brecon Beacons). Once I'd unpacked the machine, followed the very explicit instructions - which includes running water through to pre-warm your cup - genius! - I had an exceptional cup of coffee - FYI - I used Pact Coffee, as one of the other reviewers recommended. The machine (paired with good coffee) gives an excellent crema layer and the steaming arm is really good and powerful for the price of the machine. It also produces a really good foam. As with all these coffee machines, the drinks aren't boiling hot, but this does have an upside in that you can drink your coffee within minutes of making so that's a win too! Yes it is a little plasticky, but the coffee arm and the steaming arm are sturdy and overall it's a really user friendly machine and I have recommended to other coffee geek friends!

I was really excited about my new coffee machine however I'm really disappointed. Its flimsy and it constantly leaks from the back. Save your money!

It's an OK machine...not really worth the money. It's very plastic-y and the coffee grounds are always soaking wet when you empty it. Crema is plentiful, but it's all bubbles. The water tank is good, no leaks or drips and a great size. Coffee-wise, I've had better espresso from my £30 Amazon cheapie. I wouldn't buy this one again.

Very easy to set up and use. The cleaning instructions are quite thorough so be prepared for a machine that requires cleaning after every use to stay in good shape. It also requires filtered/bottled water, not from the tap. So it’s a bit high maintenance but looks great and makes great coffee which is what I was after - and brilliant for the price! Unfortunately my milk frother has lost pressure after 3 uses so I’m sending my machine back and getting a replacement, but for the same model as I like it so much. Hopefully it was just a fault with my particular machine.

Looks good. Fits retro design. Colour range fine. A little fiddly when first making coffee. Is it heat milk first or coffee into cup first. Did watch videos online to find out more. We decided heat milk first. Caution there is one video where demonstrator makes a lot of mess which, had I seen prior to purchase, would have put me off. Happy to say No mess when I make the coffee Overall I am pleased with product. Good value for money.

Looks good, easy to use, good value for money. You just need to get used to it and get organised to avoid making any mess.

I couldn’t be happier with this machine. I did lots of research over a huge price range but the reviews seemed pretty good for this one & it looks fantastic. Very easy to use and it really does produce excellent coffee, just like being in a coffee shop.
