Great starter machine for beginners and it really does make a good coffee. It comes with a coffee scoop and 2 insert for the coffee (single or double espresso). Make sure you buy a small stainless steel jug if you want to use the steamer for milk, as there isn't one included. I bought this machine for my husband who wanted to upgrade from using our coffee pod machine. He was delighted with it. It's easy to use and easy to clean after use. Although it is a bit of a faff if you're only making the one coffee! I now realise why it takes baristas so long in our local coffee shop. It definitely is an art. Only 4 stars as it feels a bit cheap... Also it would be better if it got much hotter and if you could warm the cups on top. No grinder, but can easily grind beans first buy hand or using an electric coffee grinder (not included) or buy ready ground coffee which is what we did. Perfectly good machine for the price and I would recommend it if it is your first time using a machine for ground coffee.

I absolutely love this machine! It is a very good replacement for my expensive broken machine. It makes great coffee with a good half inch of 'crema'! My only concern is that the handle feels quite flimsy but hopefully I can get a repkacement if needs be. All in all, very satisfied ??

We were really disappointed. The machine has an awful chemically plastic smell in the water dispenser and it makes all the drinks taste chemically and plastic too. We have thoroughly cleaned the machine but we just can't get the plastic chemical taste/smell to go so are having to send it back.

Lovely coffee machine, the wand is a little short but doesn't effect the use as can just hold the jug up to it. Makes a lovely coffe.

Fab machine love it would recommend I just wish the frother could move up and down but other than that an amazing machine for the price

Genuinely delighted with this little coffee machine. It makes a really flavourful coffee and gives you more control of your milk froth compared to integrated ones. Don't be put off by it being plastic, it is sturdy enough and looks pretty in the kitchen. My only gripe would be the instructions aren't very clear but once you grasp what to do, it's well worth it.

Very easy to use but I think you need to give it a few goes to get it right.

Simple to use. Lovely coffee. Can’t expect anything more for the price!
