brilliant, would Highley recommend . just like a coffee shop

Works well, looks great in my kitchen, doesn't take too much room. Instruction book was easy to understand. Makes one double espresso at a time. Very pleased and price was reasonable.

Bought this machine to replace pod machine and absolutely delighted with it.Easy to follow instructions and makes lovely coffee.Milk frother good too. Only criticism is sometimes its fiddly to put coffee stick wand in place to lock it. Much better than pod machine and all my friends love the retro style and the overall look of machine.x

I did my research on a few machines before buying the Swan. The product is quite rubust and has a elegant retro look, it just looks good standing there. The overall preformance is quite good with beautifull coffee as a bonus. I would highly recommend this machine.

This arrived quickly and it looks great. Unfortunately even after many cups of coffee and cleaning the coffee still has a plasticky taste. Which obviously isn't good. Going to do another clean and if the same afterwards I will ask for help from AO.

Bought as a gift, good value - check before you buy as they are different prices for the same product, so you might get it cheaper in another colour! Seems to function well, one thing to note is the steam wand is quite short so you will need a smaller than normal milk jug to work with it. Really good overall, would recommend. I love the retro style of it.
