Arrived as ordered and was well packaged. Good price and phone comes in a range of colours - I chose Lime Green. Phone has great features and is 2023 spec. Having read lots of reviews on this product, knew it was a good mid-range phone and a replacement for my old S9. Hopefully last a good few years. Only downside is I had to buy a plug for the charging cable in addition, but I guess that is standard these days. Thanks

The phone works smoothly, transferring from my old phone was easy, and the storage capacity is fantastic. It feels nice and solid in my hand and the green is pretty. It loses a star because the battery depletes quite a bit faster than my previous phone's did. I definitely feel like I need to charge it regularly. It lasts a day from full (with what I think is normal use), but if I didn't charge it to 85%+ before I left the house then I wouldn't like to be away from home all day without a charger. So far this hasn't caused me too many problems though. As with all phone changes, I do miss some of the features of my old phone (e.g. being able to mute individual apps), but there are new features on this one that I'm enjoying as well (e.g. the 'eye comfort' filter toggle is right by the screen brightness bar).

Excellent phone which I researched a lot before buying. Does everything I need and more. Love that is expandable and that it can be voice controlled via Google. Comparable to the A34 but with more powerful processor and better cameras and finish. I like that I could get rid of the bloatware and that it comes with 5 years of security updates.

Great phone. Good price from AO. Fast delivery. Everything as expected.

The phone is easy to use, the battery life and camera are good. The only problem I have is that the touch screen is a bit too sensitive despite an added screen saver -when trying to scroll threw news or social media I end up opening items I don't want to open. This in frustrating and then messes up the algorithms and I get recommended more stuff in areas I have absolutely no interest in.

Wasn't sure I was going to like the colour but actually I'm glad it went for it now! Battery is great. Its averaging 2.5 days on normal use. A bit heavier than my last phone. Definitely faster and more responsive than my last Samsung. So far, I'm very happy
