    Originally ordered a Smeg stand mixer as an engagement present for my daughter from a well known high street brand. It took over a week to arrive and was damaged and had to be returned ..Ordered a replacement from AO instead and it arrived within a couple of days in perfect condition. The delivery driver checked the item was perfect before leaving and was very courteous and helpful. Thank you AO will use you again.

    Bought as a present for my wife as she has always wanted one. Well packaged on arrival. Everything is well made with no cheap plastic parts, has some weight behind it which means it doesn’t move while working and is surprisingly quiet through all speeds. Would definitely recommend!

    Have wanted a Smeg mixer for a while and ordered from another company who took 30 days and still didn’t deliver . Had to cancel that order . I then Ordered from AO and it was there the next day and at a very competitive price. I am very happy with the service i have received .

    This mixer has changed my life! I have always loved baking and would normally use a hand whisk (not even an electric hand held, just my big guns!) to mix up my mixtures. I can honestly say, this mixer is an absolute game changer! It not only looks so slick on the kitchen worktop, but it comes with all the attachments you could ever possibly need! The only thing I would say is, when making cake mixtures, you still have to stop the mixing, fold it in with a spatular and then resume. Only because, the the 'heads' mix in the same area of the bowl, which then results in the same space, not being fully combined. BUT, if you are looking at getting this one or a kitchen aid (tough call), it really is amazing and WILL 100% change your life!
