They are excellent, not too big and not too small, there’s also changeable ear pieces so you can fit it to your ear!

Bought them for the husband and he loves them, said he has no fault with them.

After less than 3 months use the right bud started emitting a high pitched noise during use and the other bud was barely audible. Sent it to Samsung for repair under their so called 'warranty' and they said they don't work because of 'dust and wax' and that it wasn't covered for repair due to 'misuse'. Honestly don't waste your money. This is the second pair of Samsung buds I've had and both stopped working after a few months. Waste of time, money and terrible customer service from Samsung.

They wouldn't stay in my ears for more than 5 minutes before falling out and I end up chasing it down the road. This was just under normal use, exercise was out the question. I tried all the tips supplied and bought memory foam tips to try. None of these worked. You can only receive refund of 45% as they are used, despite not being functional. Beware that you might have this issue and there is little recourse if you do.

The design, charging, fitting, appearance and comfort are excellent. The loss of one star is due to the fact that reference was made to a third microphone which would enable external conversations. I am partially deaf and had hoped that I would be able to enjoy the advantages of Hearing Buds2 without having to take them out, to put my hearing aids in. This I cannot do. I would be obliged I you can tell me how to turn the 3rd microphone up, or modify the software to enable this to happen. I would appreciate a response. Overall, the Buds2 are excellent and I would highly recommend them. Regards Gramps
