I'm clearly an outlier. I literally hate this dishwasher. I 'dislike' the cutlery tray, I 'have an issue with' the whole app thing, I 'feel anger' about it's inability to do its job. I've had two previous Bosch dishwashers - yeah, I'm old - and this just feels like you can't actually fit things in it. Like it lacks capacity. Whatever. It is what it is. But hugely sad that three times buying a Bosch dishwasher was not to be the dream.

This dishwasher is OK, but not more than that. The three drawer layout makes loading efficiently very difficult. The cutlery tray takes longer to load than a standard basket and takes a lot of space. The top shelf is hight adjustable but if you drop it to make room for taller glasses and wine glasses, you can't put large plates below and space feels consticted all round. The quality of the shelves is also plasticky and lightweight and the door shuts with a nasty click of plastic on plastic. The dishes also come out very wet after a standard cycle, although there is the "Extra Dry" feature. I suspect that uses more energy but less manual drying is required if you select it. On the plus side it is very efficient and quiet and comes with a decent warranty, but overall I would say this product is overpriced for what you get and I can't say I am happy with it.

We have had Bosch dishwashers for the last 20 years. Other dishwashers which we have had to interact with in other peoples' houses of holiday lets never came up to the utility of the Bosches we were used to - so buying another Bosch felt like a no-brainer. We were wrong. This dishwasher is just soooo annoying. It doesn't have a cutlery basket - so all the cutlery has to be placed piece by piece, and the right way up, in a big flat drawer at the top of the unit. Gone is the happy anarchy of throwing handfuls of mixed silverware into the basket straight from the table. Then, once it is clean, you can no longer carry ALL the cutlery at once over to the drawer to sort at leisure. No. It takes multiple trips back and forth. If it achieved some amazing level of cleanliness in excess of all our old machines managed then there may be some defence - but it doesn't - it is just washing up after all. There is a price to pay for this change. We use pint glasses - British "sleevers" - which fitted into our old machines without a fuss. The third level of drawers means that these no longer fit. Worse, we have some classic stemmed wine glasses. Not huge. Normal dimensions. These don't fit either. I can't remember anything that brought us nearer to divorce than buying this bloody dishwasher. We will survive it. I'm not sure the dishwasher will.

Early days, but it seems to be a very good dish washer, our old one had a rinse cycle you could use if the washer was not full and you wanted to wait until it was before starting a cycle. Mind you it does not seem to need one.

Bought to replace a 28 year old machine we are delighted by how quiet and efficient this Bosch is. It's easy to load and we like the shallow drawer at the top for the cutlery. You can keep similar items together and it makes unloading easier. You can rearrange the drawers to suit and most things fit in happily. The door pops open when the wash cycle is over and allows contents to dry off. The down side is that the door can get in the way a bit. Overall, a good buy.

The washer is nice to look at and is easy to add the washing products as well as being easy to load with dishes etc. It is really quiet in operation and is courteous enough to open the door when finished. The resulting washed items are sparklingly clean and more, dry. It must be said tho, that the instructions are not easy to follow. Great product!

Our dishwasher packed in 2 days before Christmas (delightful). Got this on next day delivery and very happy so far. Washes very well and love the cutlery tray - leaves more room in the body. Only small moan is I can’t find an express wash less than an hour. I’d like a half hour option.

Very, very quiet operation. Like the cutlery drawer rather than the traditional basket. Good range of programmes too. Only downside we've spotted so far is that some of the cycles are really long.
