It will not air fry chips. After 15 minuits they were still raw and white with black burned tips. Is my cooker faulty?

Not a cheap Oven by any means but Absolutely superb,heats up really quick and cooks a lot quicker than a conventional oven upto now we have used it for a whole chicken, sausages and the air fryer for chips all came out perfect, highly recommend this oven

Overall a great buy , as it can cook a whole meal in a small space. Really good for small kitchens that what a multifunction oven. The only criticism is there is not being many instructions from Sage on how to use. (There is cook book online for download) We have been practising with the new air fry cooker but without a proper cook book its a bit hit and miss . The fries haven't been crispy (but it could be operator error. ) All and all a good purchase .

Excellent oven. I replaced my full size oven with the Sage mini oven to free up space in my small kitchen and to be more economical for a single person use. Also, as a wheelchair user, because of its size it is easy to position it at a height that is accessible to me. The included accessories are perfect and easy to clean. Only point to watch is the outside of oven gets very hot so care must be taken to allow space around it but it’s good for warming your plates on the top.

I would like more advice how to use it and also about cooking multiple items at the same time. I am new to this type of cooking, have cooked a number of dishes in it ,this week. Some were successful, some not. But still have not mastered cooking fries. and am sure as I progress, that I shall like it even more. I like its versality

Stains (non removable) formed on Day 1, Very hot outside surface and hence unsafe to operate as a countertop oven

Only had a week but it's totally brilliant. Have used the roast, air fry and reheat up to now and cooks food perfectly. Really easy to use and is very quiet. Love it
