    Air fried chips did not cook or brown

    It will not air fry chips. After 15 minuits they were still raw and white with black burned tips. Is my cooker faulty?

    Just getting used to operating it. Initial impressions are that it will be an extremely useful addition to the kitchen 'armoury'. And, the price from Ao was very competitive. You have to be careful with some of the surfaces as they can be very hot. The food we've cooked so far has turned out really well and I'm am sure with more usage and experience this can only get better.

    Loving this little oven, so much easier and quicker to use than a standard oven, perfect for small households. That said it will be a welcome addition when cooking for a family roast as i will be moving away from traditional roasting in oil and using the air fryer for my Sunday spuds. I give it 4 stars as the toasting function isnt as good as a standard toaster, but perfect for grilled sandwiches.

    Overall a great buy , as it can cook a whole meal in a small space. Really good for small kitchens that what a multifunction oven. The only criticism is there is not being many instructions from Sage on how to use. (There is cook book online for download) We have been practising with the new air fry cooker but without a proper cook book its a bit hit and miss . The fries haven't been crispy (but it could be operator error. ) All and all a good purchase .

    I would like more advice how to use it and also about cooking multiple items at the same time. I am new to this type of cooking, have cooked a number of dishes in it ,this week. Some were successful, some not. But still have not mastered cooking fries. and am sure as I progress, that I shall like it even more. I like its versality
