the product is great but the packaging form the manufacturer was not sufficient the condenser tray was broken i found after unwrapping i repaired it. I have informed AO but no reply or drip tray yet

Unfortunately the cooler broke on the day of delivery. I think basically the item is good but as Swan hasn’t yet repaired or sent a replacement I can’t actually use it. When we switched on the cooler the switch fell out, gave me an electric shock and blew the plug socket. I contacted swan on the day, they sent out an engineer a few days later who did nothing! Despite explaining quite clearly what the problem was he turned up without the part to repair it, he left saying that someone would contact me, that was 6 days ago and still nothing. So basically if the cooler actually worked I’m sure it great, but I wouldn’t know!

Storage space is good but the light inside is rubbish. Does not even light up the fridge

Really pleased with the wine fridge. It came in time to be stocked up for Christmas. In addition to 20 bottles of wine, the fridge can hold 10 cans in the bottom section.

The fridge is dark inside, the light isn’t really strong enough to see what’s inside.

Fab fridge, only fault is might as well have no bulb in it, seriously dull, Love to find out if can replace with brighter one, other then that great money spend, not evrn noisey fridge

Really easy to use and set up. Plug in and you're done. Good size for a mixture of different drinks, beer, wines, cans, all fit nicely and the majority of the shelves can be altered. Only thing to realise is that you have to turn on and off the internal light. It does not sense when the door is open, but that is by design and no hassle.

For the price it works perfectly fine chilling my beers and wines. Plenty of room. Only downside is the internal light isn’t very bright. Might try and see if it can be swapped out for something with greater lumens.
