Bought the Smeg 5 burner gas hob for my new kitchen from ao. WOW, I was delighted with my purchase and at a great price. I choose the black hob and it looks perfect. The five burners are amazing as I have now plenty of choice of the best cooking burner to use.

Haven't yet installed it but out of the box it looks very smart. The pan supports are chunky and look much better than what you'd get on a cheaper hob. The burners are well configured so that they can all be used at the same time. I have found with other hobs that the burners are sometimes configured in such a way that you wouldn't be able to fit a pan over each burner at once. The only criticism is that the knobs aren't marked with which burner they correspond to, but I'm sure after using it a few times it'll become second nature

superb hob.very stylish and easy to use.

We ordered this hob in advance of needing to fit it because of concerns surrounding Brexit and potential price increases. We already have the matching integral Smeg oven which we love, so looking forward to fitting it when the pandemic situation eases and we can have contractors in our home . . Service and delivery excellent .

Top quality item. Installed by a qualified engineer and very happy with the result. The burners are easy to ignite and on their lowest setting (which is very low) provide a much better temperature to maintain a simmer than the hob which was replaced. Only be installed for 2 days so cannot comment as to how it will wear but the finish is excellent.

This is a superb hob. Easy to use and most importantly easy to clean, our last one was a nightmare. Great, sturdy pan stands and it looks good.
