Looks great but does not fit UK sized bread! Slot size is 135 L x 30 W x 110 D mm (effective toasting size). The feet are poorly positioned so when putting the bread down the toaster rocks over. It doesn’t lift high enough to get out crumpets or hot cross buns. After 3 months of infrequent use the middle elements no longer heat up fully. Going back for a full refund! Give this toaster a miss!!

This toaster is absolutely useless - even if you turn the bread on it’s side, it still fails to toast about an inch of the bread! The ‘baskets’ simply dont go down far enough to accommodate even the smallest slice. If you want a toaster that looks nice then it’s great, if you want one that looks nice and toasts bread, then don’t waste your money.

Very attractive looking toaster but comes with one very significant problem....it doesn't take a standard sized slice of bread. You need to trim the slice on two sides to make it fit, which means a lot of wasted bead.Even if you cut the slice in half you need to trim the end.

I ordered this toaster to go with my Nordic grey kettle, (which is great) and my Nordic grey microwave (which is a different grey to the kettle and the toaster). The toaster is flimsy (tinny) compared to the old Breville it’s replacing but worst of all a standard large slice of bread won’t lie horizontal nor does it fit vertically as the to 3/4” of the bread sticks out of the top so you have to turn it half way through cooking. I’m considering sending it back!!!

Bought to complement the matching kettle. Nice looking toaster but compared to the Bosch toaster it replaced it really is not deep enough to fully toast a normal sized slice of bread

Toaster looks great, very stylish but normal slices of bread don't fit all the way in so you have a strip of toast that's not toasted.

The look is perfect , however in many online images it looks like it’s an off white , which is what I was hoping . However it does appear to be a classic white . I’m now wondering if I should change it to the grey if it is possible ...

Lovely stylish product, goes nicely with our matching microwave and we will soon purchase the Kellee to finish the set. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that when you press the knob down to put the toast down, the toaster tips up as it’s so light, not a major issue but just something that wasn’t a problem with our previous toaster!
