Bought it to replace a great toaster but one element had failed... New toaster does four slices at once... but all in different colours from white to almost burnt! Also does not "pop up" reliably... And it's a safety hazard - the metal casing gets burnably hot - I'm amazed it passed it's CE rating. Would not buy again.

After only three days of use the left half of the toaster failed to work. I am waiting for a replacement to be delivered. Very disappointed.

lasted 5 months before sparking and constantly blowing main fusebox not what i expected from tower trying to return also difficult over hr to get to ao customer services then have to go through manufacturer who also unhelpful cant be bothered to jump through hoops for ao and tower buy argos in future easy returns much better after services :(

only toasts one side of bread. I have bought kettle bread bin and tea coffee sugar storage so would need to return all item .....toaster is useless

yet to find bread that fits, setting 6 just to get a good colour toast.

Nice looking toaster but doesn't toast all the bread, half of it sticks out the top, you have to turn it over half way ??

Looks good, but mine doesn’t toast evenly and the lever one side no longer stays down after thirteen months.

I paid almost double for my last toaster as I did for this one which broke within two years. I decided to spend less if that is the time they now last for and that was a mistake. It moves around everytime you push the bread down, it doesn't look as nice but I feel I got what I paid for. Nobody's fault but my own
