happy with the cooker, the only thing I don't like about it is that it takes about 5 second to light up the gas hob,

Garbage, seals on the front went in the first 2 months, the SMEG contract out support and had the rides unhelpful service from both SMEG and the contractors. The cast iron hobs started scratching and look terrible. Had a hotpoint cooker for 11 years it to have the fan go out, SMEG are terrible poor quality over priced. AO where so helpfu l and many thanks to them.

    Absolutely beautiful cooker

    5/5
Not only does it look beautiful but it works beautifully too. It has a safety cut out on the hob incase the flame should blow out, the gas will stop. The oven is spacious and cooks evenly. You also get the milk pan and wok cradle so the pans sit perfectly on the rings. I'm extremely happy with this cooker, would highly recommend.

    Brilliant cooker!

Such an amazing cooker! Personally I hate gas cookers and our previous cooker just wasn’t reaching the right temperatures, so this is a breath of fresh air! The electric cooker is so hot that it doesn’t need preheating if you’re cooking for over 20 mins. The only bad point is that it only comes with one shelf and a grill pan which fits into the shelf slots, though we don’t plan on using the grill much. We managed to find a set of two smeg shelves from another site, although it did prevent the oven from being instantly as useful as it is now

Happy with product. But user manual fell short of how the oven works with the different selections.

Wasnt what I expected to be fair

For the cost of this duel cooker, It was quite disappointing, It didn't have a connecting pipe/tube for the gas part, ( had to go and buy one to actually get the cooker connected for the hob part of it). It only comes with one oven rack and one grill tray. (Not really enough for the size of the oven in my opinion). The fact that I ordered it for the larger oven so I can cook more things at the same time. (Had to buy some more adjustable racks). It didn't say on the description that you don't get the pipe/tube for it to actually be connected to the gas main for it to work gas the gas hob. Other than that it is a good size electric oven and I have still got to use some of the functions on it to really know if it is good or not. But so far one really good leg of Lamb cooked perfectly, but the smaller things like roast potatoes as an example, a little over cook even when following the temp/time guides, but that will be something to get use to when it gets used more, as we are not use to an electric oven. Right now I have only had the cooker for just under 2 weeks but its just an ok cooker and id say over priced for what you get.
