Got this to replace a 15 year old Smeg oven. This is almost identical but has been slightly improved and is better looking than the old one. Only feature that is a bit annoying is that it only comes with one oven shelf which isn’t enough and the shelves from my old Smeg don’t fit.

This seems to be so far so good but only had it 4 days. Much sturdier product than a cooker by another manufacturer which had to be returned. Excellent 5 star service from AO who are very helpful and accommodating.

Bought as a like for like- as good again Cooker is great - temperature and ring pictures on dials wear off after a while so be careful when you clean the stainless steal- don’t use anything abrassive.

Thorough follow up call once bought on line to check delivery date was still correct, guide one through procedure of AO delivery service, check for any special requirements ie steps to property, parking restrictions Advised re extra warranty but no pressure once replied making independent choices All literature relevant to making decision regarding this was immediately forwarded for comparison decision Happy with AO

Very pleased. Only issue is that it doesn’t come with instructions of what the symbols mean. This is easy to find in the web though.

Very good cooker. It looks beautiful, easy to clean. But for me is most important safety. My Smeg cooker is on good safety level.
