Fast and reasonably priced Collect and Recycle of a washing machine. Only problem is that due to their Covid rules, AO couldn't enter property or disconnect AND the washing machine had to be picked up outside property. Single, frail occupants take heed.

Excellent slim American fridge freezer, the pull out drawers allow easy access to the freezer and it comes with plenty of little extras like a water jug and ice cube trays.

Absolutely brilliant. Driver called to let me know when they were an hour away, and I explained I was in a second floor flat without a lift and the items where outside my front door. The person was very friendly and said as they were outside they wouldn't knock and disturbed me unless there was an issue. They were really quiet as I had no idea they had been and gone, and normally you can hear everything in my block as sound echoes. Will defuse this service again

Works well. Reasonably quiet. Nice big drum and door opening. I only tend to use the same cotton setting unless I want to quickly was something with the quick wash setting. Automatic time can be a bit long, but it can be changed to a few of the preprogrammed washing times (for the cotton wash anyway). So far I'm happy with this washing machine as well as the service from AO.
