Whilst the machine is fantastic and I am very happy I was not impressed with the Collect and Recycle, despite the fact I called and ensure that the old machine would be taken away on the same day due to an admin error at AO I was left with my machine for an additional 2 days, which wasn't ideal as I have elderly parents and that was the main reason that I chose AO and signed up to the 5 star plan so that the old machine would be taken away on the same day. So I wasn't impressed with that side of things.

This is very straight forward. They picked up the fridge and freezer from outside the house where we had left them. Thankfully, I'd done this as the 2 gentlemen concerned seemed to have little experience of this type of job. They left the new fridge-freezer wedged in the hall as they couldn't work out how to get it into the kitchen.Alas, one had a sore leg.I'm 71 and the kitchen-fitter (62) and I got it in.

Perhaps I was unlucky with collecting an old washing machine - got a phone call on the day to say the team although booked for 9-11 will have to come back in the afternoon as the van was full - waited and waited and at 6:30pm after checking the location of the van , it was heading away from us - yep we had been forgotten and to add insult to injury got a email that evening to say the job was complete !!! I rang the next day and the earliest it could be collected again was over a week later and the at went ok - not very good as no communication after the initial call on the day

Rubbish, it does frost, you can’t fit a standard size 4 pins of milk in the door and the shelf isn’t adjustable

There's not enough text to fill out my story and the experience I had with AO and the pickup teams. It took about 2 months with 4 to 5 attempts to pick up our old dishwasher. The short version is that it wasn't professional to the pickup team who didn't buzz the front door or lied on their left voicemail, etc. From the whole experience, I will not use AO again.

Failed to collect the old fridge freezer on three different occasions. I had to get the council to collect it in the end.

I have tried 4 times to have an item collected and each time I am told that there is no space on the van to take my product although the company is aware of what the product is, such terrible service I have been waiting since before Christmas for my item to be collected. Awful I now have no faith in the company when they say they are coming for a collection. DO NOT USE! I would give a zero review if it was possible
