It is not good at all . Not worth the price .

I was very disappointed with these speakers. Unless I've done something wrong, they hardly produce any volume at all. They connected to the soundbar straight away and I've turned the volume up to its maximum in the soundbar settings but the volume is hardly audible. I realise that rear surround sound speakers are not meant to be in your face but I was truly disappointed with these. I can't recommend them at all.

These speakers do sound good with proper surround sound content. Setting the soundbar to "adaptive" or "surround" doesn't seem to make any use of the rear speakers for stereo content however, which is a shame. A lot of 5.1 AV systems have an "all channel stereo" setting, and it's disappointing Samsung didn't do something similar here. If you have a lot of proper 5.1 films or shows, these are worth a look. If you mainly watch stereo content (YouTube, TV), you might want to save your money as these don't seem to provide much benefit - certainly not for the cost.

Overall, sound quality is pretty good. Both front and upfiring speakers are a little on the quieter side even when channels are turned up further but, with the right content, you can certainly experience some fantastic surround sound. Very easy to connect to a compatible soundbar. During install, you will immediately notice the rather limited length of the power cables supplied. I did need to go and purchase some longer cables in order to plug the speakers in where i wanted them while also cable managing. If you have a Q series soundbar and are looking to get that little bit of extra cinematic experience, i would recommend these speakers.

It makes for more immersive sound experience but they in my opinion need to have a little more volume as they seem a little quiet. For what they cost they could be better.

Great set of speakers to go with the Q700b soundbar . No problem to set up and the sound adds a new dimension to dolby atmos. Highly recommended for that ultimate movie sound

Great sound, have to have the sub turned down all the way so the neighbors don't get shaken out of their house. Spotify connect works well and Alexa is always on as expected once set up on the smart things app.

Not cheap, but do make my S800D soundbar sound better.
