Item arrived quickly but unfortunately for me it was faulty and kept tripping the circuit board. Currently waiting on it being replaced but its been over a week now and I'm told the item is still not in stock, considered a replacement but was told I would have to pay the difference. Not a happy chappy and still no fryer

Pros: Quick & easy to use. Cheaper than other makes. Still running after a year's use. Cons: VERY poor build quality. Timer knob broke. Tower sent a replacement - too small to fit, but forced on (as advised by Tower). That's now broken too. Non-stick coating in the basket and the bottom are both flaking off. Slide over the basket release broke off (non-essential part). Basket release button has become dislodged a couple of times, but able to shove back on.

I’m not 100% about it yet. Washed it out a few times but still not smelling too clever and food not evenly cooked. May just need to get the hang of it

This product was on offer which influenced my decision. It cooks items very well but I would probably choose an air fryer with 2 compartments if I bought another. The instruction booklet is fine but I am 'googling' some recipes as the fryer said I could bake cakes in it but doesn't give you any instructions on how to do this. The air fryer is smart ( black and rose gold) and goes with other kitchen products I own. It was good value for money when on offer but I'm not sure I would have been so happy if I had paid the full price.

Superb value for money. Enough settings and simple easy to follow instructions. Food ready quicker than the oven and taste great! The tray is easy to clean as well. Nothing too fancy with a window to see your food, but why would you need that? This also pings off when the foods finished frying.

Good size basket and easy to clean. I have tried chips, onion rings and hash browns all results were crispy. I would prefer a digital timer as the manual ticking timer is hard to turn to an accurate time. I love the overall size as when not in use fits under my wall cupboards. Rose gold and black looks good
