The fryer is easy to operate using the preset settings, or manual controls. It cooks unbelievably quietly and so far cooks, fries and bakes various foods evenly inside and out. I especially like the medium steak frying results, oven chips come out perfect and sliced aubergine etc is a delicious treat being soft and moist on the inside with a crispy outside. I can see this unit replacing my traditional oven, it is extremely versatile. ??????????

This replaced a halogen oven and it's far superior. Highly recommended.
