    Though the original hob was delivered faulty, its replacement came in two days and fitted the same day. It is a Neff model and perfect in every way, good value for money and easy on the eye... We phoned your company and found the staff to be most helpfull, and made our requirements easy to handle.

    I bought all NEFF products- double oven, hob and hood. A number of friend had products from NEFF and I believed it was a name associated with quality but not this product. when cleaning, no matter what you use, the surface ends up scratched. This is only 2 weeks old but already looks worse than my 13 year old Belling hob. Go back after 5 minutes and it looks dirty again. The cast iron supports are the same, get any mark or cooking stain on them and they do not look as good again. The gas covers fall off any time you touch the hob. I went to register the products but when my builder installed these he inadvertently through out the product sheets. I contacted NEFF customer service with regards to this. They directed me to Registration, surely that is the job of customer service. Now i have to start over again.

    Replacement for existing hob

    Bought as a direct replacement for a 20 year old hob of the same make and model. Everything fits correctly except for a new design of fixing clips, which needed a bit of DIY work. The controls are easy to use and to keep clean and I am generally happy with the quality. The pan supports a not so easy to clean because of their rough cast-iron finish, unlike the enamelled finish of the earlier model. The burners are somewhat easy to dislodge, particularly when cleaning up spills.
