We bought this hob 10 months ago. We were upgrading a Neff hob we’d had for 20 yrs. from day one the stainless steel surface became damaged by the cast iron pot supports. It also developed scratches and marks that are unexplainable. We know how to care for a stainless steel hob and have done so successfully for many years. When I complained to Neff, all they offered was somebody to come and give us advice on care and/or repair of the damage. This would have been a waste of time. Their attitude was not helpful and only vaguely apologetic. In my opinion the design and quality of this hob is very poor. I would not recommend it.

Works fine. Small visual issue with the knobs. When turned off, they do not lock into place. This means if you touch them, then can spin, resulting in them not aligning and point upwards. The Neff it replaced did.

Nice attractive hob. The knobs are a bit cheap looking, plastic rather than stainless steel. Also the stainless steel surface of the hob looks like it may be prone to scratching

Perfect fit replacement for 17 year old Neff hob. Easy to fit. Perfect.

The product is amazing and exactly what we thought of. Only thing I would say is while cleaning the front part where all the knobs there will rotate easily but they don’t activate gas or so and it’s to be mindful that’s all. Very happy with the purchase and the product. I always like Neff appliances.

Excellent hop cooks much quicker than my old one and so much easier to keep clean
