We have moved from a gas hob to this induction hob and can whole heartedly recommend anyone else to do so. We did have to buy new pans as the hob wouldn't recognise them but wasn't a big issue as they needed replacing anyway. It seems even more controllable than a gas hob which is something and the boost feature can boil a pan of water in seconds, it is quite bizarre. It is difficult to keep it looking clean but I think that must come with the territory.

Love this hob, easy to use, easy to clean, gets water to boiling point quickly and best of all you just plug it in and start cooking! Obviously it has to be fitted inte recess in worktop but it was the same size as my old hob so that was easy too. I did have an electrician friend make sure that it was fitted correctly.would highly recommend.

Works well and heats up really quickly. Turns off if a pan is taken off and lock feature which is useful with a toddler about.

Ordered a new Neff hob from ao.com on a Sunday afternoon and it was delivered with a friendly smile the next morning. The hob is great, fast, stylish and energy efficient. Induction takes a bit if getting used to but instructions clear and helpful. luckily, the majority of my prized pans work with the induction method - only need to replace two frying pans. Very happy with it all.

Easy to use and, being induction, easy to clean. Found that most of my saucepans worked so didn't have the added expense of buying new.

Ordered my new neff hob and was worried it wouldn't come before Xmas but good old AO delivered exactly when they said they would and text message updates to make sure I didn't have to sit in waiting for them. Always a great service thanks ??It just plugged in so was easy to swap over and works a treat.

a little patience is needed at first to adjust to cooking by induction. I love the touch controls, and the heat is as easily controlled as with gas. Next purchase has to be an induction oven.
