Did not work from day one brand new out of the box from AO.com - every zone came up with error code. Phoned up NEFF customer services and they said they couldn’t send an engineer out for a week. Very dissatisfied and poor customer services.

The build quality is amazing. Looks stunning and suits the kitchen and the wife is happy. Big bonus ????

product so far is superb, although we have a scratch already on the surface which was a bit disappointing as I thought we were being pretty careful with it

excellent product, but did not realise the control wheel was a mandatory component which diminishes the slick look of the product.

Smart hob. Really love the ease of use and the funky removable control is really neat and makes using much easier than pushing buttons.

We have replaced the job we had for 12 years with this product. It is very easy to use, the only thing I don’t like are the zone lines.

Fitted today so only used once so far. I was looking for an induction hob that measured 90cm to fit the space that a previous gas hob was so that I didn't need a complete refit of my kitchen. It looks good and boiled a chilli quickly tonight. So far extremely pleased.

The best induction hob I've used. The wheel is also very intuitive and imo easier to use than the usual touch screen
