Did not work from day one brand new out of the box from AO.com - every zone came up with error code. Phoned up NEFF customer services and they said they couldn’t send an engineer out for a week. Very dissatisfied and poor customer services.

Very happy with my new NEFF induction hob. It looks very sleek and gets up to temperature quickly. It's also very easy to keep clean. I haven't had it long so I'm still getting used to all the things it can do that my previous hob couldn't do.

After only a month of use there are a number of hairline cracks appearing where some water has boiled over onto the glass. Manufacturer has confirmed this does happen but would not replace it without a charge. Would not recommend ;o(

Dreadful. Child lock keeps coming on at random and getting stuck in place, making hob impossible to rely on. Has been swapped and serviced but the same problem persists. Worse than the old hob I replaced it for. Would not recommend, not fit for purpose.
