Good delivery from AO, the machine itself was easy to unpack and install myself. Easy to use pre programs and very efficient on electricity usage in comparison to our older condenser dryer. Before u buy Just keep in mind the cycle times take longer as the clothes don’t get hot, but you are saving money, you won’t be disappointed.

Seems very good so far, much quicker than previous 9kg version it's replacing, though will still tie the sheets in knots at times which the old ones never did
