Easy to use but the amount of liquid in the cup often needs to be topped up during the brewing process. This wasn't easy to work out from the picture instructions but the Tassimo website was very helpful.

Good coffee machine. The only problem I found is that you only get half a cup full. But if you stop and start it and keep your finger on the button, it fills up to how much you want In your cup. Would recommend

This coffee machine is really easy to use, the only negative I have is that it does not make a really hot drink. I like my coffee extra hot, this produces drinking temperature coffee. Still really pleased with it though.

More than delighted with the appearance and quality of this little coffee maker, it is fast ,clean and the coffee is perfect BUT as l use it ,it becomes stiffer to open and does not switch on properly when l click it shut. The light comes on,but no action and l have to repeat theopen/shut stage maybe 3times. As l said it is stiff and difficult to open and my 89yr old hands are weak and arthritic. The 1st 2 days were fine so l assume heat hasaffected it.

A lot smaller than my old one so takes up less room the only downside is the water tank is small so need to refill after 2 cups but apart from that a good product

Product is good quality and easy to use, however, Tassimo do not supply pods that are vegan friendly unfortunately. This is a brand issue and not the product its self.
