This is a replacement as the first one the picture kept freezing on me and this one got delivered 2 weeks before Christmas. Now the new one has started to do the same thing and to unfreeze the tv I have to unplug it from the mains fora minute or two then plug it back in and it restores itself and I can’t use it like normal again. Panasonic are not helpful at all and keep asking for things to stall from replacing the to for another model. I’m still awaiting to resolve my situation. This is a one star for Panasonic not AO which are very helpful in helping me.

Great TV and Freely works brilliantly as we have no aerial or dish. Really happy with the product!

Delivered to time schedule, friendly driver seemed knowledgeable, unpack service was tidy and took packaged away.......really impressed with our purchase easily setup good quality picture....will continue to use Ao.com.

Great value, enjoying the Freely capability, although it's not quite as slick as I'd like.

Great picture and sound. But the Freely ap is temperamental, seems to have to be uninstalled and reinstalled every few days. Not sure if it's a problem with Freely or this TV.

I have found the product and service very good, and as l have only been using this company for a short period hence the 4 star rating.

Great tv, only one problem is that it does not come with Google so to download apps such as Now Tv means you need to purchase a Fire stick. Other than that no complaints, great picture and sound, lots of other features.
