Freezing picture

This is a replacement as the first one the picture kept freezing on me and this one got delivered 2 weeks before Christmas. Now the new one has started to do the same thing and to unfreeze the tv I have to unplug it from the mains fora minute or two then plug it back in and it restores itself and I can’t use it like normal again. Panasonic are not helpful at all and keep asking for things to stall from replacing the to for another model. I’m still awaiting to resolve my situation. This is a one star for Panasonic not AO which are very helpful in helping me.
