The picture and sound quality are not brilliant and Tevo TV keeps trying to take over the product. The Tevo TV TV keeps disappearing and the TV program numbers are different to that of real TV so no match to TV magazines. Extremly light! if that is a positive.

Very reasonably priced , picture quality and features all fine. TV sticks out quite a bit from the wall as quite think comparatively to other LED TVs we've had. Overall happy with the purchase .

Would recommend this TV for its very clear UHD screen with bright colours and good blacks. As good if not better than a previous QLED screen that this replaced. Getting used to the Tivo and guide interfaces - there seem to be different screens for what you want to view or search depending how you use the remote, which I need to get familiar with. Once in the system, it's easy enough to find what I need. I like the "hard standby" power feature - ie you can switch it off! For movies, I like to have the digital sound out through a HiFi & speakers, which you can do, but have to select this output when needed, rather than it working by default. Only other point is that it's a little slow in syncing with the wifi on first start-up, overall a great TV.

Its a good TV, however it can be a bit glichy, and weve had to turn it off and on a few times to solve the issue. image is wonderful, at least compared to my old 10 year old tv. The only reason we picked this TV was becase the stand would fit our small tv unit

Delighted with our new TV, but it has its challenges. The picture is great, the sound is great, it is stylish and looks good. However, the instructions are hopeless, and it is proving very difficult to add apps, like Paramount Plus, or my Google account. I also cannot get the Google Assistant to sync with the Google home app. The on screen instructions refer to icons which are not on the app. There does not even appear to be an on-line support available.
