Avoid this machine

I have had this since May 2021. It's now broken down, it started going a bit funny a few weeks ago. Timed programs took way longer that they were supposed too, items where still coming out damp. It now stops after a few mins and buzz with a fault. It's going to cost ££ to fix. It also looks like this is a common thing after the 1 year is up.

It’s not quiet it stops when it’s done it’s cycle drying then you have to go back to start to start again to give a little more drying time (strange) would I buy again no !! Wish I could send back to get the other one I liked but I will only my get half my money back

Purchased may 2020 now 6 months out of warranty it has decided to have a fault so cannot be used. Electra won't fix unless i pay 169 pounds which I cannot afford. Please avoid at all costs !!

Had two of these and both the heater went within 2 months, the first it took 2 months to get a resolution the 2nd a very helpful ao operative arranged replacement of another make

Be very careful with the condenser unit when cleaning it. Sliced my finger open ! The sides are extremely sharp. Quite how this safety feature flaw was missed I don't know!
