Very effective ironing. On the heavy side but this does mean that it works well on stubborn creases. My first batch of ironing was on linen bedding (and I mean pure linen!) which is notoriously hard to iron. Once I got used to the weight of the iron it was easy to see good crease free results.

The iron arrived quickly and the box was damaged inside the bag. The iron was vibrating in my hand and making a really loud noise. Bosch advised they would need to return it to check if it was faulty?! I’ve been ironing 30 years and never had a loud vibrating iron so I couldn’t understand why they would need it returned to check if it was faulty. AO organised a replacement iron and collected the faulty one. I’ve used the new one twice and this one also seems to be vibrating in my hand and is really loud vibrating noise, not just the usual noise of the steam?! My partner thought that this was a safety feature to advise if the iron is left in use. If you want a headache or vibrating hand after ironing, this seems to be the perfect iron for you?

This iron is the best, solid iron not too heavy or too light, super functions, glides over clothes with great results. I've had this same iron for years, bought another as a replacement incase anything happens to current one...

Great powerful iron. The steam settings are powerful enough to get the heaviest of dried creases out on a cotton shirt. Would recommend, it makes ironing a breeze.
